開山空氣(qì)壓縮機變頻器的(de)節能原理

1、使(shǐ)用變頻器後,空(kōng)氣壓縮機的壓力設定可以是一點,即可以将滿足生産(chǎn)設備(bèi)要(yào)求的最低壓(yā)力作為設定壓力,變頻(pín)器将根據管網壓力上下波動的趨勢,通過調(diào)節(jiē)空壓機轉速,消(xiāo)除了空壓機的卸載(zǎi)運行,節約了電能。
1. After using the frequency converter, the pressure setting of the air compressor can be one point, that is, the lowest pressure that meets the requirements of production equipment can be used as the setting pressure. The frequency converter will eliminate the unloading operation of the air compressor and save electricity by adjusting the speed of the air compressor according to the fluctuating trend of the pressure of the pipeline network.
2、由于系統中的(de)變頻器使得管(guǎn)網(wǎng)上下壓力穩定,可以降低(dī)甚至消除壓力的波動,從(cóng)而使系統中所有運行的空氣(qì)壓縮機都在(zài)一個滿(mǎn)足生産要(yào)求的較低的壓力下(xià)運行,減少了壓力向上波動造成的功率損失(shī)。
2. Because of the frequency converter in the system, the downward and downward pressure of the pipeline network is stable, and the fluctuation of pressure can be reduced or even eliminated, so that all the air compressors in the system are operated under a lower pressure which meets the production requirements, thus reducing the power loss caused by the upward fluctuation of pressure.

Because the air compressor can not rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load, it can only determine the capacity of motor according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high. If frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, the application of frequency converter in air compressor system has great potential for energy saving.
4、有些調節方式在需求量較小的情況下,也不能降低電動(dòng)機的(de)運行功率。采用了變(biàn)頻調速後,當需求量較小的(de)情況下,可降低電(diàn)動機的轉速,減(jiǎn)小電動機的運行功(gōng)率,從而進一步實(shí)現(xiàn)節能。
4. Some regulation modes can not reduce the operating power of the motor when the demand is small. After adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, when the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced and the power of the motor can be reduced, thus further realizing energy saving.
5、空(kōng)氣壓縮機采用了(le)變頻調速後,則可以根據負載的輕重地進行連續調節,能保(bǎo)持壓力、流量、溫度(dù)等參數(shù)的穩定,從(cóng)而提高工作性能。
