空壓機(jī)的停用在各個單位都常有發(fā)生。那(nà)麼在初次開(kāi)機前(qián)空壓機停放時間超過三個月或空壓(yā)機停用時間超過三個月，再次(cì)開機前需要采取有(yǒu)效措施，bi須先請專業空壓機人員對機器進行保養檢測，制定安全措施，避免開機後發生不(bú)良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀态(tài)，是否正常供電，電壓是否(fǒu)穩定；測量電動機絕緣電阻，數值大(dà)于1MΩ。

1. Check the state of the circuit first, whether the power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable; Measure the insulation resistance of the motor, the value is greater than 1M.



2、檢(jiǎn)查空壓機(jī)配件上是否含有積水，灰塵，及(jí)時清理。

3、對進氣口，出氣口(kǒu)全面(miàn)檢測，防止發生堵塞現象

4、在上(shàng)述都已經完成(chéng)的情況可以接通電(diàn)源，查(chá)看電腦控制器是否正常運(yùn)行(háng)

5、更換三濾和潤(rùn)滑油。因為在長期(qī)不(bú)用的情況下，三濾，油可能發生老化現象，從而造成空壓機開機運行時間不長即結膠積碳或堵(dǔ)塞，油路不暢使空壓機主機或其他零部(bù)件損壞。

6、專業人員試(shì)機，電路改造後人工(gōng)控制加載卸載，先空載運行10分鐘以(yǐ)上，檢測各項指标和震動、噪音等正常，再進行加載，查看各部件運(yùn)行正(zhèng)常即可。
