開山空氣壓縮(Suō)機變頻器的節[Jiē]能原理

1、◆使◆用變頻器後,空[Kōng]氣壓[Yā]縮機的壓力設定可以是一點,即可以将滿足生産設備(Bèi)要求的最低壓力作[Zuò]為設定壓力,變頻器将根據管網壓力上下波動的趨勢,通過調⋄節⋄(Jiē)空壓[Yā]機轉速,消除了空壓機的卸載[Zǎi]運行,節(Jiē)約了電能。

1. After using the frequency converter, the pressure setting of the air compressor can be one point, that is, the lowest pressure that meets the requirements of production equipment can be used as the setting pressure. The frequency converter will eliminate the unloading operation of the air compressor and save electricity by adjusting the speed of the air compressor according to the fluctuating trend of the pressure of the pipeline network.

2、由于系統中的變頻器(Qì)使得管網上下壓力[Lì]穩定,可以降低甚至消除(Chú)壓力的波動,▿從▿而[ér]使系統中所有運(Yùn)行的空氣壓縮機都在(Zài)一個滿足生[Shēng]産要(Yào)求的較低的壓力下運行,減少了壓力◊向◊[Xiàng]上波動造成的功率損失(Shī)。

2. Because of the frequency converter in the system, the downward and downward pressure of the pipeline network is stable, and the fluctuation of pressure can be reduced or even eliminated, so that all the air compressors in the system are operated under a lower pressure which meets the production requirements, thus reducing the power loss caused by the upward fluctuation of pressure.

3、由于空壓機不(Bú)能(Néng)排除在滿負載狀(Zhuàng)态下長時間運(Yùn)◆行◆[Háng]的[De]可能性,所以隻能按(àn)最大⋄需⋄求來決定電動[Dòng]機的容量,故∆設∆計容量(Liàng)一∆般∆偏●大●。在●實●[Shí]◆際◆運行中,輕載[Zǎi]運行[Háng]○的○(De)時間所占的比∆例∆(Lì)是▿非▿常高的,如果[Guǒ]采用變頻調速,▿可▿大大提高運行[Háng]時[Shí]的工作效率。因此将變頻器[Qì]作用⋄在⋄空壓機系統中節(Jiē)能潛[Qián]力很大。

3. Because the air compressor can not rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load, it can only determine the capacity of motor according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high. If frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, the application of frequency converter in air compressor system has great potential for energy saving.

4、有些(Xiē)調節方∆式∆在需求量較小的情況下,也不能降低(Dī)電動(Dòng)機的運行功率。采(Cǎi)用了變頻調速後,當需求量(Liàng)較小的(De)情(Qíng)況下,可降(Jiàng)低電動∆機∆的轉速,減小(Xiǎo)電動機的運行功(Gōng)率,從而進[Jìn]一步實現[Xiàn]節能。

4. Some regulation modes can not reduce the operating power of the motor when the demand is small. After adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, when the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced and the power of the motor can be reduced, thus further realizing energy saving.

5、空氣壓縮[Suō]機采(Cǎi)用了變頻調⋄速⋄後,則可以根◈據◈負載的輕重地進(Jìn)行連續調▲節▲[Jiē],能保持壓力、流量、溫度等參數[Shù]的穩定[Dìng],從[Cóng]而提高工作性能(Néng)。

5. The air compressor can adjust continuously according to the weight of load after adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, which can maintain the stability of pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters, thereby improving the performance.
